Location: Lanham-Seabrook, Maryland, United States. Work is performed primarily in an office environment and may include irregular hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel.

Salary: $85,881–$105,204 per year.

What you will do

• Conceptualize medium-complexity experiences and environmental designs across multiple channels.
• Develop integrated experiential concepts that address client problems and strengthen brand experiences and events.
• Partner with senior experience designers, creative leads, and the Group Creative Director to translate business priorities into creative output.
• Visualize concepts using 3D modeling and rendering, control drawings, photo compositing, mood boards, storyboards, and written treatments.
• Present concepts to internal stakeholders and support client sell-through.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate on-time, on-budget delivery with multidisciplinary creative teams.

Requirements

• BFA/BS degree in environmental design, architecture, graphic design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of design and creative experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating integrated and experiential design across different mediums.
• Hands-on knowledge of environmental design, branding, trade show, or human-centered design.
• Experience taking designs from concept through execution and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
• Working proficiency with 3D Studio MAX, Vray, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Keynote or similar tools; strong project management and communication skills.
