Sr. Analyst - Blackline COE, ATR (BlackLine)

What you will do

• Maintain the BlackLine platform, including user roles, permissions, security settings, calendars, reports, master data, and system interfaces.
• Support system updates, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and integrations with subledgers, local ERPs, and security provisioning tools such as Saviynt.
• Provide user training, documentation, access guidance, and support for reconciliation assignments and organizational structures.
• Work with accounting, finance, IT, data assurance teams, BlackLine, and consultants on implementations, enhancements, and process improvements.
• Standardize BlackLine usage across regions and identify opportunities for automation, analytics, and operational efficiency.
• Generate reports and dashboards, analyze usage and performance trends, and support internal, external, and SOX audits.

Requirements

• Experience with BlackLine is required.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, accounting, and financial close processes.
• Basic understanding of accrual-based accounting principles.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or HFM (Hyperion Financial Management).
• Experience with FTP servers and API connections.
