Focus on researching and standardizing customer information, executing data quality remediation, and coordinating record creation and requests across business functions.

What you will do
- Own customer master data for assigned sold-to accounts and maintain data integrity across platforms.
- Verify, research, document, and standardize customer information using trusted online sources.
- Manage Salesforce work requests and communicate work status, issues, and updates with related functions.
- Facilitate the creation and accurate entry of new master data records.
- Execute data quality remediation, governance initiatives, training sessions, and floor support.
- Ensure customer data follows internal standards, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar data-focused role, or at least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce.
- Strong Excel skills, including data handling and formatting.
- Must be legally authorized to work in China without employment visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI reporting or data analytics.
- Experience with data governance frameworks and quality assurance practices.
