What you will do
- Own and manage Customer Master Data for assigned accounts.
- Verify and standardize customer information using trusted local sources.
- Process work requests through Salesforce and maintain professional communication.
- Ensure data compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead data quality remediation efforts and facilitate training sessions.
- Maintain data integrity and governance policies across platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a data-focused role, customer service, or sales.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce platforms.
- Strong Excel skills including data handling and formatting.
- Must be legally authorized to work in China without sponsorship.

- Experience with Power BI reporting or data analytics.
