Tactical Opportunities, Analyst (Private Equity)

What you will do

• Source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities with the Tactical Opportunities investment team.
• Build complex financial and valuation models.
• Prepare investment memorandums for the investment committee.
• Perform due diligence and financial analysis across diverse asset classes, business types, and investment structures.
• Research companies, industries, and asset classes and interview industry experts and management teams.
• Monitor existing portfolio companies and support further value creation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
• Excellent financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of business drivers and market dynamics.
• Excellent report writing skills and advanced Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently, multitask, and manage projects effectively.
• High motivation, attention to detail, sound judgment, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
