is hiring for hospital facilities maintenance operations.
What you will do
- Install, inspect, test, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues affecting HVAC equipment, pneumatic and digital controls, refrigerators, freezers, and ice machines.
- Respond to repair calls, analyze problems, recommend solutions, and complete corrective work.
- Follow work orders, drawings, diagrams, specifications, and verbal instructions.
- Develop and follow preventative maintenance schedules.
- Support other maintenance projects, including painting and tiling.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current HVAC/Refrigeration License required.
- At least three years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
- Work at the Melrose Wakefield Hospital and Lawrence Memorial Hospital locations is required.
- Availability for every other weekend and every other holiday shift is required.
