Project - HSES Mgr (LNG)

Location: Project site in Southwest Louisiana, Cameron, Louisiana

What you will do

• Lead the development and delivery of HSES programs, plans, procedures, and project deliverables for the assigned region or country.
• Manage regulatory compliance, environmental compliance, audits, continuous improvement cycles, and HSES performance.
• Lead HAZID sessions, risk reviews, hazard assessments, risk registers, corrective-action tracking, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate HSES training, new-hire HSE induction, equipment-safety training, and development of HSE staff.
• Oversee site and employee security, crisis management, emergency evacuation planning, and subcontractor HSE screening.
• Represent HSES in client meetings, bids, contract reviews, and pre-bid jobsite walks; travel occasionally to job locations for routine business or emergencies.

Requirements

• Onsite work at a project site in Southwest Louisiana is required.
• Typically 10–15 years since first degree, including 8+ years of relevant construction experience and 3+ years in a manager role.
• BS degree or equivalent experience in HSE or a technical discipline.
• Experience working on or overseeing construction of LNG or Cryogenic API 620 Storage Tanks.
• Knowledge and training in OSHA Construction and General Industry Standards, hazard identification and risk control, fall protection, confined-space entry, mobile crane and rigging safety, hazardous materials management, and incident reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, communication, presentation, leadership, and business-partnering skills.

Nice to have

• CSP or another HSES professional certification.
• Experience delivering training programs and materials.
• Experience training personnel in Miller Safe Escape, basic rigging, mobile crane, and other equipment.
