What you will do

• Represent Patient Driven Medicines Development at global project teams and integrate patient strategy across milestones, decision-making forums, and sub-teams.
• Develop and implement Patient Disease Strategies from research through all development stages.
• Drive pre-clinical programs through registration while addressing the expectations of patients, payers, and regulators.
• Coordinate engagement with Patient Advocacy Groups across key countries and incorporate patient needs into R&D decisions.
• Build cross-functional collaborations to align global and local strategies.
• Lead value development through digital capabilities, real-world data, and contributions to regulatory and payer submission dossiers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Policy, Biology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in clinical development.
• Experience with real-world investigations and knowledge of patient preference research.
• Understanding of payer environments and the evolving patient, regulatory, and payer landscape in key markets.
• Strategic innovation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate trade-offs.
• Verbal and written fluency in English.

• Familiarity with digital tools, large language models, and social media listening.
