What you will do
- Develop and maintain a modular Python platform for automated functional verification of firmware controlling communication devices.
- Gain expertise in high-speed networking PHYs operating at 1.6 Tb/s or higher, optical modules, and connectivity devices.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to understand product requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain automated test scripts, software infrastructure, and testing environments.
- Collect, visualize, and interpret test data to improve testing procedures and product quality.
- Create regression reports and bug tickets, and work with engineering teams to diagnose firmware and test issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Proficiency in Python for developing automated testing solutions.
- Familiarity with embedded systems and basic knowledge of C and C++.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required for communication with global engineering teams.
