Location: Woodlake, California, United States; Monday–Friday on-site availability required. Shift: 4:00 AM–2:30 PM.
Salary: $80,000 annually, depending on experience.

What you will do
- Lead daily fulfillment operations for the local regional market and ensure timely, accurate order processing.
- Manage a local fulfillment organization of more than 30 employees, including coaching supervisors and associates.
- Track order volume, service-level performance, staffing, schedules, attendance, overtime, and other operational KPIs.
- Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures and provide performance feedback, training, and development.
- Triage emergency fulfillment disruptions and maintain contract SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with Central Operations, People, other hubs, and external partners to improve processes and communication.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a team of 30 or more employees.
- Experience with fulfillment processes, logistics software, MS Office, and business systems such as ERP or CRM.
- Strong organization, time management, communication, delegation, project follow-up, and quantitative analysis skills.
- Must be at least 21 years old and pass a background check.
- Must be available for Monday–Friday on-site work and able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist.

- Experience in the can industry.
- Training or equivalent work experience in supply chain or data analysis.
