Junior Compliance Analyst (AML/CDD)

Location: Denver, United States; onsite position

Salary: $46,000 annual pay based on a 37.5-hour workweek; overtime is compensated according to applicable law and firm policy.

What you will do

• Review New Business Intake submissions and support client due diligence reviews.
• Research and verify client information using public records, regulatory sources, and third-party databases.
• Conduct sanctions, politically exposed person, and adverse media screening.
• Document findings and maintain complete, accurate client and compliance records.
• Collaborate with lawyers, business professionals, and other teams to gather information and support compliance requirements.
• Escalate potential compliance concerns and unusual findings for review, while supporting departmental projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong research, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based research tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Availability for core hours Monday through Friday, either 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. or 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m., with flexibility for additional hours as needed.
