Sr. Compliance Analyst - Supervision & Oversight

Location: Centennial, Colorado, United States

Salary: $68,640–$84,000 per year, plus discretionary annual cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 5% each.

What you will do

• Support the implementation and operation of the company’s Oversight & Supervision program.
• Update company and employee regulatory registrations and maintain employee compliance records.
• Test policies and procedures across multiple departments to manage and mitigate risk.
• Develop and use supervision reports and processes, and draft and update procedures.
• Support onboarding for new employees and maintain relationships with internal business partners.
• Summarize results, provide timely feedback to management, identify trends, and escalate issues.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in compliance, operations, or supervision within the financial services industry.
• Current FINRA Series 7/63/66 or equivalent certification required; ability to obtain Series 24 within 120 days if not already held.
• Working knowledge of securities rules, laws, and regulations.
• Experience creating, enhancing, and executing compliance or oversight initiatives.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical research, and issue-resolution skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
