Treasury Associate

Location: Buffalo, NY; must live locally and work on-site four days per week, with one remote day. Relocation assistance is not available.

Salary: $24.04–$31.25 per hour.

What you will do

• Manage ACH and wire templates, support weekly corporate payment runs, track bank fees, and resolve transaction errors with banking partners.
• Track outstanding checks and prepare aging reports to support state unclaimed property compliance.
• Set up and maintain vendor payment profiles in SAP S/4HANA or ECC and corporate banking portals while enforcing control procedures.
• Track equipment leases, organize documentation, and process Treasury-related requests for payment.
• Prepare monthly Treasury journal entries for approval and manage the Cash Management Group mailbox.
• Provide operational backup across the Treasury department to maintain workflow continuity.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or a related business field.
• One to three years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, accounts payable, or corporate accounting.
• Working exposure to ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC and online corporate banking platforms.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel for tracking sheets, master tables, and data logs.
• Must live in the Buffalo, NY area and be able to work on-site four days per week.
• Access to U.S. export-controlled information is required for the position.

• Bachelor's degree in a related business discipline.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC and corporate banking platforms.
