What you will do

• Act as the highest-level technical individual contributor and/or team lead for complex application initiatives.
• Design, code, test, and implement complex PeopleSoft platforms and applications.
• Analyze complex technical problems and evaluate variable factors to determine solutions.
• Lead modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts.
• Provide expert technical guidance to programming staff throughout development, testing, and implementation.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex platform and application issues.

Requirements

• 10+ years of application development and implementation experience.
• 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM or CRM experience.
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft Security Administration experience.
• 5+ years of DB2 and relational database experience.
• 5+ years of middle-tier and server administration experience.
• Availability to work in Minneapolis, MN
