What you will do

• Analyze new and changed health plan benefit requirements and identify required Facets configuration changes.
• Assess the impact of benefit changes on claim adjudication, including accumulator modifications and manual accumulator changes.
• Provide Facets database query support for data analysis.
• Assist with configuration builds for product changes.
• Test and validate claim results for product, accumulator, and other system changes.
• Participate in client meetings as needed.

Requirements

• Very senior-level experience with Facets.
• Deep experience with Facets Accumulator, also known as Accum.
• Required knowledge of claims and product data models.
• Heavy experience on the product side of Facets.
• Experience with Facets configuration.
• Understanding of claims flow and ability to analyze claim data output; processing claims is not required.
