TL;DR
SAP Functional Expert (Payments): Translating payment-system business requirements into functional specifications and supporting product feature mapping and migration planning with an accent on card products, transaction lifecycles, compliance, and merchant settlement. Focus on identifying gaps between current and target-state features, analyzing Azure-hosted and SQL-based systems, and bridging business and technology stakeholders.

Location: Onsite in Miami, Florida; US citizens only

What you will do

  • Analyze payment-industry functions, card products, and transaction lifecycles.
  • Work with retail card programs and aviation-related card programs, including AIRCard.
  • Assess payment regulatory and compliance requirements, POS systems, merchant onboarding, and settlement processes.
  • Analyze Azure-hosted, SQL-based, and API-driven systems.
  • Collaborate on product requirements, feature mapping, and system migration planning.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and bridge business and technology stakeholders.

Requirements

  • US citizenship required.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience at a senior level.
  • Proven experience with enterprise-scale payment systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Comfortable participating in hybrid business and technical discussions.
  • Availability for full participation in workshop sessions and onsite work in Miami.
