SAP Data Service Consultant (SAP Data Services)

hirify.global is staffing a contract consulting engagement for a Fortune client described as one of the world's largest oil and gas firms.

What you will do

• Develop SAP Data Services jobs to move data from SAP and non-SAP source systems to primarily non-SAP target systems.
• Participate in meetings with data architects to understand information sources and data elements.
• Create documentation for developments and implementations.
• Design and execute test scenarios while assessing their implications.
• Coordinate with other teams and impacted customers to resolve open items.
• Recommend opportunities to improve data integration activities.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience with SAP Data Services.
• Experience working with non-SAP sources, including text files and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Understanding of data transformation activities.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with versioning and transport control.
• Experience working in multicultural environments, with global companies, and with virtual teams.
