Civil Engineer Project Manager

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, US

Salary: $90,000–$130,000 annually, with potential additional bonus compensation.

What you will do

• Guide infrastructure work for multidisciplinary land development projects.
• Supervise engineering designers, assign and review work, and manage quality control.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work.
• Prepare and process tentative tract maps, public improvement plans, and site development plans.
• Prepare and review hydrologic studies and drainage reports.
• Build productive relationships with clients, public agencies, and internal engineering teams.

Requirements

• BSCE degree and Nevada registration as a Professional Engineer.
• At least 5 years of land development experience or 10 years of total work experience.
• Extensive experience with land development projects and demonstrated engineering ability.
• Required experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Experience with preliminary engineering studies, land use and zoning, site constraints, regulatory issues, subdivision maps, and drainage design.
• Strong decision-making, people management, client communication, and public agency interaction skills.
