Sr Software Development Engineer (Salesforce)

Salary: $102,300–$147,050 per year, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and integrated enterprise applications for Customer Experience operations.
• Lead complex Salesforce enhancements using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs, and declarative configuration.
• Develop and support REST API, middleware, and event-driven integrations with enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, architects, QA analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support testing, release management, Agile delivery, production deployments, and root-cause analysis.
• Mentor junior developers and improve development standards, automation, documentation, and platform quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce application development experience, including 2+ years with Salesforce Service Cloud or related experience.
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and REST APIs.
• Experience supporting the full SDLC in Agile/Scrum environments and developing enterprise integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Work location: United States.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification; Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator, or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Salesforce DevOps, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Jira, and Confluence experience.
• Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce, Einstein, or Prompt Builder, as well as workflow automation.
• Experience with Customer Experience, Customer Support, Case Management, ServiceNow, Power BI, or related business applications.
