Annual base pay: CAD 69,450–137,080

What you will do

• Provide end-user support remotely, onsite, by Slack, email, or in person.
• Install, troubleshoot, and deploy software and hardware for workstations.
• Manage Active Directory and provision workstations for new and existing users.
• Resolve issues involving printers, shared PCs, video game consoles, and common software including Office 365, Zoom, Slack, Autodesk, and Adobe CC.
• Assist with IT asset and inventory management.
• Support IT-related projects and collaborate with studio teams and users.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of IT support experience.
• Knowledge of PC hardware and Windows environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting.
• Proficient understanding of networking.
• Familiarity with video game consoles.
• Availability to work onsite in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

• Previous experience in a video game studio.
