Salesforce Administrator (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Australia, with locations listed as Melbourne, Sydney, and NSW

What you will do

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including data integrity, system performance, and security.
• Configure objects, fields, record types, validation rules, page layouts, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Build and manage Flows and other declarative automation tools.
• Support users by troubleshooting issues, providing guidance, and resolving incidents.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Create reports and dashboards, manage data imports and cleanup, and support testing, releases, integrations, and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools.
• Experience building reports and dashboards and managing Salesforce data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
• Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with Data Loader, Excel, integrations, APIs, or third-party tools.
• Experience supporting go-live or system enhancement projects.
