What you will do

• Coordinate and perform engineering and technical quality activities to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Complete and document all phases of the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process.
• Prepare and submit PPAP documentation according to AIAG guidelines.
• Develop gauge concepts and procure gauges for specific programs.
• Work with component and tooling or equipment suppliers to improve products and resolve manufacturing problems, including travel to customer or supplier locations.
• Support product introduction through prototype fabrication and delivery, internal audits, and quality training for Quality and Production personnel.

Requirements

• 6+ years of related experience as a Quality Engineer.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
