Base salary: $175,000 per year

What you will do

• Support live M&A transactions alongside experienced banking professionals.
• Lead multiple deal workstreams while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Analyze complex datasets using tools such as Capital IQ and FactSet.
• Prepare accurate, client-ready Excel analyses and PowerPoint presentations.
• Contribute to valuation, financial modeling, deal strategy, and client recommendations.
• Communicate insights with deal teams, clients, senior bankers, and C-suite stakeholders.

Requirements

• Ability to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Recent university or college graduate profile with relevant skills and little or no professional experience.
• Working understanding of the income statement, cash flow statement, and balance sheet connections.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including formulas, data validation, tables, and conditional formatting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, data analysis, ownership, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Comfort using and directing AI tools while retaining responsibility for quality, accuracy, and judgment.
