Salary: $19.00–$29.50 per hour

What you will do

• Build and review financial models for M&A opportunities, strategic investments, and business initiatives.
• Conduct market, industry, and company research to identify acquisition targets and partnership opportunities.
• Support strategic planning processes, timelines, and materials.
• Coordinate transaction processes and strategic initiatives with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
• Prepare executive-level presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and implications.
• Support due diligence by gathering information, analyzing data, and preparing reports on potential targets and investments.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in corporate finance, M&A, strategic planning, and business development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence presenting findings.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• High integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs. and ability to sit and work at a desk or personal computer for extended periods.

• Experience with financial modeling and analytical tools.
