Senior EPMS Engineer- Mission Critical

Location: Phoenix, AZ, United States; travel to project sites nationwide is required.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement Electrical Power Monitoring Systems for mission-critical facilities.
• Build real-time monitoring and analytics solutions for power usage, energy efficiency, and system reliability.
• Integrate EPMS with SCADA, Building Management Systems, electrical infrastructure, and power meters.
• Program and troubleshoot EPMS software, gateways, data acquisition devices, dashboards, alarms, and reporting tools.
• Define EPMS network architecture and apply cybersecurity best practices.
• Coordinate with electrical, controls, IT, and commissioning teams; manage vendors and oversee deployment, validation, training, and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical power monitoring, controls engineering, or automation, including at least 5 years in mission-critical environments.
• Expertise with EPMS platforms such as Schneider Electric Power Monitoring Expert, Eaton Foreseer, or Siemens EPMS.
• Strong knowledge of power meters, SCADA/HMI interfaces, Modbus, BACnet, SNMP, OPC, and DNP3.
• Experience with electrical distribution systems, load monitoring, power quality analysis, system integration, cybersecurity, and data visualization.
• Willingness to travel to project sites for commissioning and technical support.
