Base salary: $175,000 annually

What you will do
- Support live M&A transactions alongside experienced banking professionals.
- Drive multiple deal workstreams in partnership with analysts.
- Analyze complex datasets using tools such as Capital IQ and FactSet.
- Prepare accurate, client-ready materials in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Translate financial and market analysis into deal strategy and client recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients, senior bankers, deal teams, and firm colleagues.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in the U.S. without employment visa sponsorship.
- Strong academic performance and relevant prior work experience.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including formulas, data validation, tables, and conditional formatting.
- Working knowledge of income statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets.
- Ability to communicate clearly, solve problems, analyze data, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership.
- Comfort using and directing AI tools while retaining responsibility for quality, accuracy, and judgment.
