Salary: $29.00–$32.30 per hour

What you will do

• Lead the development, implementation, scheduling, operation, and evaluation of assigned residential programs.
• Train, supervise, schedule, motivate, and evaluate direct support professionals.
• Develop and implement individual support plans, behavior support plans, and related documentation.
• Maintain safe and healthy living environments through inspections, assessments, and risk management.
• Manage program budgets, records, licensing reviews, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide direct care as needed while promoting dignity, independence, self-esteem, and personal choice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, psychology, education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience in human services or a related setting.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Leadership, coaching, mentoring, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in disability services.
• Commitment to person-centered practices and the ability to document care and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
