Communications Analyst - Blackstone Technology and Innovations

Location: Miami office, United States

Expected annual base salary: $80,000–$95,000, with potential discretionary bonuses and other incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Support communications planning and coordinate newsletters, technology updates, incident communications, and other high-visibility engagements.
• Draft and edit communications, presentations, talking points, and supporting materials.
• Translate technical information into clear, engaging content for employees and stakeholders.
• Promote new products, tools, and technology initiatives through user guides, training materials, videos, and other communication assets.
• Coordinate Miami office town halls, leadership engagements, and training sessions, including agendas and run-of-show documents.
• Track communication metrics, maintain project trackers and communication calendars, and support reporting on engagement and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a communications role, preferably in financial services or technology.
• Exceptional writing, editing, verbal communication, analytical, research, evaluation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of internal communication strategies.
• Experience using PowerPoint and other design tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across teams and at all levels.
