TL;DR
DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes/Cloud): Developing, deploying, and integrating operational software across multiple environments, including cloud infrastructure, with an accent on Linux, automation, security protocols, and software lifecycle testing. Focus on Kubernetes-based deployments, integrating COTS and externally developed software, maintaining library APIs, and conducting regression testing across development stages.
Location: Prime's Office. Active Top Secret clearance required; candidates must be eligible for a CI polygraph.

What you will do
- Provide bug fixes, enhancements, and GUI improvements for operational applications.
- Develop, modify, and deploy software across multiple environments, including cloud environments.
- Integrate externally developed and COTS software into core libraries and configure application software.
- Maintain software library design, module API definitions, code organization, and coding standards.
- Support product quality and release-readiness standards, methods, and procedures.
- Conduct testing throughout the software development life cycle, including regression testing.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret security clearance and eligibility for a CI polygraph.
- Hands-on experience with Linux and Bash scripting.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Python or Java, virtualization, cloud platforms, and DevOps automation tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, and CloudFormation.
- Experience integrating COTS software and working with containerization.
- Experience with PKI certificates, encryption protocols, SSL/TLS, JSON, and XML.
- Knowledge of FTP, SFTP, TFTP, HTTP, HTTPS, and QUIC, plus experience preparing technical documentation.
