Business Process Controls Manager (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Alexandria, Virginia; onsite work required two days per week. Travel may be required up to 25%. Work location may change based on client requirements.

Salary: $77,000–$125,000 base pay annually, plus potential bonuses and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide audit advisory services supporting Department of Navy ERP modernization efforts.
• Partner with government and audit stakeholders to meet Federal Financial Management, financial reporting, audit, and compliance requirements.
• Assess business process requirements and define key Business Process Controls for SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Lead the design, development, and documentation of end-to-end controls, risks, and control assessments.
• Manage sub-task and project plans, prioritize activities, meet deadlines, and coordinate with the client and internal teams.
• Direct and review project work and prepare control catalogs, status communications, and other high-quality documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in BA, BS, or BBA from an accredited college or university.
• One of the following certifications: CPA, CISA, CIA, CGFM, or CDFM.
• At least four years of progressive experience relevant to the role.
• Experience assessing, designing, or implementing internal controls within the Federal Government.
• Active Secret Clearance or higher is required; the role requires U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to work onsite in Alexandria, Virginia two days per week.
