Location: Marysville, Ohio, United States
Salary: $140,000–$164,700 per year, plus eligibility for corporate bonus programs.

What you will do
- Define and execute enterprise master data strategy, high-level design, and future-state governance aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices.
- Champion the clean-core strategy by standardizing data models and reducing legacy custom objects and obsolete data.
- Lead data profiling, cleansing, validation, transformation, and readiness activities across the enterprise.
- Coordinate with process architects and use Signavio insights to identify data-driven process breakdowns and prioritize remediation.
- Oversee data loads for testing cycles, mock conversions, production migrations, environment builds, and cutover events.
- Define the post-go-live master data operating model and support training, adoption, and long-term governance.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA master data concepts, including Business Partner and Material Master structures.
- Experience managing complex data systems for 3–5 years.
- Experience with data migration and governance tools such as Syniti.
- Demonstrated experience establishing enterprise data governance models, councils, and decision workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive adoption of standardized data practices across the enterprise.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Signavio or other process mining tools.
- CDMP, SAP Master Data certification, or PMP certification.
