What you will do
- Coordinate promotional product quotes and orders from inception through delivery.
- Research promotional products and provide consultative recommendations to clients.
- Communicate with customers and vendors throughout each project.
- Prepare purchase orders, calculate product markups, and provide quotes and estimates.
- Place orders, coordinate proof approvals, and complete internal order documentation.
Requirements
- Two- or four-year college degree.
- 0–2 years of promotional product and/or customer service experience.
- Working knowledge of a PC and Microsoft Office software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
