What you will do
- Coordinate promotional campaigns across corporate retail, independent retail, outlet, and national wholesale channels.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, approvals, milestones, and project documentation for multiple campaigns.
- Identify execution risks and roadblocks, escalating issues to keep launches on schedule.
- Coordinate creative development, proofing, versioning, print production, point-of-sale materials, and asset distribution.
- Maintain promotional content, implementation guides, and marketing resources in sales enablement platforms.
- Manage promotional budgets, purchase orders, invoices, expense tracking, forecasting, and reconciliation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with 2–4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong organization and attention to detail.
- Experience managing budgets, purchase orders, invoices, or marketing financial processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Preferred experience includes corporate or multi-location retail marketing, creative agencies, printers, production vendors, project management platforms, print production, and retail point-of-sale materials.
