Account Executive (Marketing)

Location: New York; hybrid work with required in-office days

What you will do

• Act as the main day-to-day contact for client accounts and build relationships across client business areas.
• Advise clients and contribute business, brand, and strategic knowledge to creative development.
• Collaborate with Planning, Project Management, and Creative teams to develop agency briefs and concepts.
• Manage project checkpoints, including legal and network clearance, talent management, business affairs, and trafficking.
• Prepare status reports, competitor trend analyses, performance tracking, schedules, and project logistics.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, including Assistant Account Executives.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing agency, association, or related field.
• Resourceful, strategic, and creative approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with creative platforms such as Keynote and PDF.
• Strong language and grammar skills.
