Sales Manager - WA/SA

Location: Perth based, Subiaco, Western Australia; hybrid ways of working

What you will do

• Lead Account Partners across Western Australia and South Australia, focusing on New Homes customers.
• Grow and maintain key customer relationships across the portfolio and state markets.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
• Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, customer, and leadership teams to identify growth opportunities and align national strategies.
• Partner with major customers and manage sponsorships, customer events, sales kick-offs, and quarterly training days.
• Recruit, train, motivate, coach, and supervise sales team members while promoting company values and compliance.

Requirements

• Strong leadership capability and the ability to represent REA as the face of the organisation.
• Previous experience leading large teams in a corporate sales environment.
• Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, business planning, and implementing systems and processes.
• Experience supporting teams through organisational change.
• Ability to work independently, challenge existing approaches, and operate productively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
