is a startup building an agentic AI platform for enterprise accounting and SOX-compliant, real-time financial close.
What you will do
- Lead the technical and operational delivery of multiple enterprise implementations.
- Translate accounting workflows and customer goals into implementation plans with Product and Engineering.
- Manage deployment timelines, dependencies, milestones, and technical resources.
- Create standardized frameworks, tools, and templates for repeatable deployments.
- Support Sales with enterprise discovery, scoping, feasibility analysis, and implementation planning.
- Capture customer insights and deployment patterns to improve the product roadmap, delivery velocity, and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, or Technical Implementation.
- Experience leading complex software deployments for large enterprise organizations.
- Strong understanding of financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Workday, or experience working with finance operations teams.
- Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences and align engineers with finance stakeholders.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience designing scalable processes and standardizing workflows.
