TL;DR

Lead Physical Design Engineer (Physical Implementation): Developing block- and chip-level physical designs with an accent on floorplanning, placement, clock tree synthesis, routing, physical verification, static timing analysis, and EM/IR analysis. Focus on fixing DRC, DFM, LVS, ANT, and ERC violations for advanced N28/N16 and below process technologies.

What you will do

Perform block- and chip-level physical design.
Develop floorplans, placement, clock tree synthesis, and routing.
Conduct physical verification and static timing analysis.
Perform EM/IR analysis and resolve physical design violations.

Requirements

More than 3 years of professional experience and a bachelor’s degree or higher in EE, CS, IT, or a related major.
Strong knowledge of design rules for N28, N16, and below process technologies.
Ability to fix DRC, DFM, LVS, ANT, and ERC violations.
Basic knowledge or experience in physical implementation and static timing analysis.
Strong learning, independent thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

Chip-level physical verification experience.
