Location: Boston, United States; hybrid work arrangement. The role provides 18 remote workdays per quarter with manager approval.
Base salary: $85,000–$90,000 per year, plus discretionary annual bonus and potential long-term rewards and benefits.

What you will do
- Manage records, Treasury Workstation data, and static data for credit facilities, funds, bank accounts, counterparties, and exposures.
- Coordinate quarterly fee allocations, related cash movements, bank charge reviews, and intercompany and management fee payments.
- Support covenant compliance processes and maintain oversight of credit facility requirements with Accounting.
- Partner with Cash Operations, Capital Markets, Accounting, and external banking counterparties to execute treasury activities accurately and on time.
- Contribute to automation, control-strengthening, process improvement, and workflow efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of credit facilities, treasury operations, financial processes, compliance requirements, and covenant monitoring.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and CSV uploads.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external banking partners in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with banking portals and treasury management systems such as FIS Integrity or Kyriba.
