Treasury Analyst (Finance)

Location: Mettawa, Illinois, United States; hybrid, with three days in the office per week

Salary: $66,500–$95,750 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Oversee daily cash positioning, account funding, commercial paper issuance, working capital metrics, and letters of credit.
• Maintain banking relationships, banking systems, account information, fee structures, and pricing optimization.
• Forecast cash, recommend funding actions, explain variances, and help ensure adequate liquidity.
• Reconcile, forecast, and budget debt and interest; prepare debt covenant compliance schedules, credit analytics, and ratio targets.
• Support the company’s share repurchase program, capital market transactions, special projects, and ad hoc financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly treasury reporting for senior management and maintain, document, monitor, and test treasury controls and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 2–4 years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, multinational or multidivisional organizations, or public accounting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
