Manager, Learning Designer

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States — Change Building AR Bentonville Home Office

Salary: $80,000–$155,000 annual base salary, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Design, develop, publish, and maintain learning programs in Intellum and other learning systems.
• Create instructor-led materials, eLearning, videos, assessments, simulations, infographics, and just-in-time learning resources.
• Structure curricula and learner pathways to improve access, navigation, and completion.
• Drive adoption of learning platforms, programs, and educational technologies among learners and stakeholders.
• Monitor usage, completion, engagement, feedback, and performance metrics to improve learning programs.
• Partner with operational leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to align learning solutions with performance needs and business priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, human resources, or a related field plus relevant experience, or three years of experience in learning and development, training, customer service centers, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or digital learning, or the alternative experience stated in the qualifications section.
• Experience developing and managing content in a learning management system.
• Experience with Intellum, Articulate 360, Evolve, or comparable learning technologies.
• Experience managing projects or programs from intake through implementation and using data, metrics, and learner feedback to improve outcomes.
• Strong written, verbal, visual communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience administering or implementing an LMS or learning experience platform.
• Experience with xAPI, learning analytics, content integrations, or advanced reporting.
• Certification in instructional design, learning technology, or project management.
• Experience developing interactive exercises, system simulations, videos, websites, and performance-support resources.
• Experience increasing program adoption, engagement, completion, or learner performance.
