Software Engineer - One Digital Warehouse (Python/DevOps)

Location: Hybrid work schedule required in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States; 5–10% yearly travel may be required.

Salary: $85,000–$122,200 per year, plus bonus where applicable and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure, high-quality software for the One Digital Warehouse platform.
• Collaborate with product management to define technical specifications and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for efficient, reliable software delivery.
• Perform software quality assurance, write and execute test cases, automate testing, identify defects, and support resolution.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot software issues, and contribute to improving development processes and tools.
• Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge within the team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional Python development experience and 3 years delivering software engineering projects.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with software quality assurance, test automation, and multiple testing methodologies.
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL database systems and familiarity with product management concepts.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule in Cincinnati, Ohio; immigration sponsorship is not available, and U.S. work authorization is required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Java, React, C#, Go, software development automation, or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience building applications in Microsoft Azure and managing code through GitHub.
• DevOps Foundation, PSM1, PSPO1, or Microsoft Azure AZ-104 certification.
