What you will do

• Support one or more shows, events, or costumed character products while maintaining artistic and operational integrity.
• Supervise assigned operations teams, including casts and crews, and oversee venue operations, quality assurance, and safety.
• Manage team schedules and timecards using Scheduler and KRONOS.
• Run rehearsals and operational processes, including training, production books, and start-up meetings.
• Coordinate rehearsal, installation, and strike plans with Entertainment Theming, Operations, Production, and Theatrical Services.
• Develop, evaluate, and conduct performance discussions with assigned team members.

Requirements

• Proven supervisory stage management skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work positively as part of a team.
• Associate degree or BA in Theatre Management, Theatre Arts, Event Management, or equivalent professional experience.
• Two years of professional supervisory stage management experience preferred.
• Two years of professional entertainment or theme park experience preferred.
