Summer 2027 Commercial Credit/Banking Intern - Investment Real Estate

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite at 626 Washington Place. Only candidates legally authorized to work in the U.S. will be considered.

What you will do

• Participate in credit, systems, corporate training, and intern development programs.
• Support investment real estate lending through financial spreading, credit analysis, cash flow analysis, and collateral analysis.
• Work with credit analysts, portfolio managers, and commercial lenders to track, administer, and grow the commercial portfolio.
• Shadow commercial lenders and business partners during external business calls.
• Complete projects and assignments with assigned business leaders and professionals.
• Interact with Private Banking, Treasury Management, Wealth/Brokerage, Business Banking, and Commercial Administration teams.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor’s program.
• Major in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related area.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to analyze information, communicate clearly, collaborate, follow compliance procedures, and complete assignments on time.
