Senior SharePoint Developer (Microsoft)

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 annually, depending on experience

What you will do

• Design enterprise-scale Microsoft solutions and lead legacy application modernization across Azure cloud-native and hybrid environments.
• Develop SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server solutions, including intranets, extranets, collaboration portals, document management, and knowledge management platforms.
• Build Power Platform applications, workflows, portals, virtual agents, and Center of Excellence governance frameworks.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including entities, forms, workflows, plugins, business rules, and integrations.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, enterprise data models, and reporting solutions.
• Build secure .NET applications, microservices, APIs, and Microsoft AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Search, and RAG architectures.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and developing Microsoft-based enterprise solutions and SharePoint solutions.
• 8+ years of Azure Cloud experience and 5+ years each with Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CRM, and Power BI development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience leading modernization and digital transformation initiatives as a technical lead.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, mentoring, architecture standards, security, privacy, compliance, and governance skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications in Azure architecture, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Fabric, AI, security, or related areas.
• Experience supporting federal government, healthcare, or highly regulated environments.
