Senior Power Platform Developer (Power Platform)

Location: On-site in Quantico, Virginia, at a government-approved work location

Salary: $95,000–$132,000 per year

What you will do

• Administer DAF365 SharePoint hubs, site collections, sites, libraries, lists, content structures, and lifecycle settings.
• Design and develop Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, approvals, integrations, and OData-based data operations.
• Develop Power BI semantic models, reports, and dashboards using Power Query, data modeling, and DAX.
• Configure permissions, sharing, access controls, connectors, and integrations aligned with Zero Trust principles.
• Troubleshoot Entra ID, GCDS, Okta, permissions, identity, connectors, and data-source issues in GCC and GCC High.
• Lead requirements analysis, solution design, peer reviews, testing, UAT, release planning, defect resolution, documentation, and stakeholder training.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• At least three years of experience in SharePoint Site Collection Administration and Microsoft Power Platform development.
• Advanced SharePoint administration and permissions-management skills.
• Advanced Power Automate experience, including complex workflows, OData queries, exception handling, and integrations.
• Advanced experience with Power Apps, Power Fx, connectors, Power BI, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, visualization, and SharePoint integration.
• High school diploma or GED; knowledge of Entra ID, GCDS, Okta, Zero Trust concepts, JSON, GCC, and GCC High.

Nice to have

• Microsoft PL-200, PL-300, or PL-900 certification.
• Experience with DAF365, GCC High, CUI, and Department of War mission applications.
• Experience establishing Power Platform governance, reusable components, coding standards, and mentoring practices.
