Project Specialist with French (Pharma)

What you will do

• Coordinate the day-to-day execution of content creation and localisation projects.
• Manage project administration, assets, files, and time-tracking tools.
• Communicate processes and project status to team members and clients.
• Maintain professional relationships with French-speaking clients and follow up on delayed feedback.
• Delegate tasks to freelancers and identify problems with proposed solutions.
• Suggest process improvements and support knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience coordinating and executing projects.
• Experience creating and localising content.
• At least 3 years of experience working with French-speaking clients.
• Advanced English and French proficiency, at least C1 in both languages.
• Strong communication, reporting, problem-solving, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Independent, proactive, professional, and able to navigate complex projects and processes.
