General Manager (Padel Club)

What you will do

• Lead the club's overall operations and ensure efficient coordination across departments.
• Develop strategies to grow membership, improve retention, and increase member satisfaction.
• Plan and deliver events, tournaments, and coaching programs.
• Manage the budget, monitor financial performance, and support profitability initiatives.
• Maintain high standards for facility cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a customer-focused team while reporting performance to senior management.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a team leader, supervisory, or management role.
• Passion for padel, racket sports, health, and fitness.
• Full availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, work proactively, and support sales and corporate goals.

• Experience working with the LTA.
