General Manager - New Club Opening (Padel)

Location: Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. On-site full-time role with availability required for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Frasers Group operates in the sports, fitness, and retail industry and is launching a new Slazenger Paddle Club in Milton Keynes.

What you will do

• Lead the overall operation of the Paddle Club across all departments.
• Develop strategies for membership growth, retention, and satisfaction.
• Plan and deliver events, tournaments, and coaching programmes.
• Manage the club budget, monitor financial performance, and drive profitability.
• Maintain high standards of facility safety, cleanliness, and maintenance.
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff while managing member feedback and relationships with the local community.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a team leader, supervisory, or management role.
• Passion for padel, racket sports, health, and fitness.
• Full availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to achieving business and sales objectives.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
