What you will do

• Support the leadership team in driving store performance, commercial success, and departmental objectives.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop Sales Advisors in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Analyse KPIs and sales data to identify performance opportunities and support target achievement.
• Oversee daily store operations, task completion, stock movement, audits, and visual standards.
• Monitor wage controls, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and loss-prevention procedures.
• Build effective relationships with store management, head office teams, luxury brand stakeholders, colleagues, and customers.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role.
• Experience supporting, motivating, and guiding team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and delivering commercial results.
• Good knowledge of fashion brands, trends, and materials.
• Understanding of retail operations, merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, customer-service, and interpersonal skills.
