Compliance National Practice Lead - Employee Benefits

What you will do

• Monitor and analyze state and federal regulations affecting employee benefits.
• Create regulatory summaries, technical tools, visual aids, and recorded presentations for service teams and clients.
• Research and respond to internal and external compliance inquiries.
• Establish compliance workflows, processes, and service team education in partnership with operations, marketing, and legal teams.
• Train new and existing benefit associates and support training related to workflows and quality standards.
• Lead presentations, evaluate external resources, support webinars, and attend national events, with possible travel throughout the year.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of similar experience.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, pressure, and tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Salary: $130,000–$195,000 USD annually. Final compensation depends on geographic location, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
