Salary: $141,500–$268,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead strategy and tactics across the consumer journey, including value propositions, positioning, segmentation, and creative development.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the rheumatology brand team.
• Build, manage, and execute marketing plans with marketing directors and business leaders.
• Lead direct teams and external partnerships while collaborating across functions.
• Manage product P&L and financial planning activities.
• Develop product enhancements and experiences based on the patient journey, and direct related marketing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven marketing experience with increasing proficiency across marketing disciplines.
• Ability to develop effective, executable, clinically supported, and financially supported marketing strategies.
• Experience managing marketing plans, product responsibilities, and business objectives.

Nice to have

• Previous cross-franchise or cross-channel marketing experience.
